Some of our closest family that lives in Ontario recently made the move from the big city to the country. Last weekend, we made our way to Prince Edward County (a couple of hours north east of Toronto) to celebrate our extended family's new home and take in the region's annual Maple in the County festival. We stuffed ourselves with pancakes, sausages, and maple syrup, watched an "authentic" lumberjack demonstration, and toured a couple of sugar bushes- so Canadian, eh?
