Hanging out under a bridge isn't how we typically spend our vacation time.
But when said bridge is the iconic Brooklyn Bridge, I think it's okay to make an exception.
The East River Esplanade in Manhattan takes you right under the the Brooklyn Bridge, giving you a unique perspective of the structure as well as spectacular views of the waterway and Brooklyn.
So, if you're going to hang out under a bridge during the day, we definitely recommend this one.
